Organizational Economics

Organizational Economics uses economic modeling and empirical analysis, combined with a deep understanding of legal and political institutions, to understand the performance, design, and governance of organizations. The BSE Summer Forum Workshop on Organizational Economics welcomes empirical and theoretical submissions of frontier research on all topics in this field. We invite submissions from experienced researchers as well as promising young scholars. A nonexhaustive list of relevant topics is:

  • Relational contracts
  • Theory of the Firm
  • Incomplete Contracts
  • Internal Organization and Incentive Systems
  • Management practices, Leadership and Organizational Culture
