We welcome submissions of frontier research in all topics under this heading. Examples of topics on which we would be interested in receiving submissions include: compensating differentials and the role of nonpay characteristics in the labor market, the role of firms in the labor market, alternative work arrangements, determinants of gender and race wage and employment gaps, behavioral considerations in wage setting, and labor market institutions. Other topics are welcome as well.
