Davide Debortoli is an ICREA Research Professor of Economics at UPF, Research Associate at CREI, and Research Professor at the Barcelona School of Economics. He is also Research Fellow at CEPR. He has held an academic position at the University of California San Diego, and a visiting position at the Norges Bank, and was recently awarded the Wim Duisenberg Fellowship from the European Central Bank.
His research interests include Macroeconomics, Fiscal Policy and Monetary Policy, and his works has been published in the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Economic Journal, the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and the Journal of Economic Theory.
