He is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and an Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE). Previously, he was Research Associate at Centro de Estudios Monetarios y Financieros (CEMFI) and Research Economist, Structural Analysis Division at the Banco de España.

Pau’s research interests are Macroeconomics, Economic Growth, Innovation and Firm Dynamics.
