Teaching at the Barcelona School of Economics

Javier Gómez Biscarri is a Professor of Finance and Econometrics at UPF and Senior Lecturer at IESE Business School. He is member of the editorial board of the Latin American Journal of Economics and of the Spanish Journal of Finance (Revista de Economía Financiera).

In 2001, Prof. Gómez Biscarri received the Hans B. Thorelli Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Theory of International Marketing for his article “Role of the Internationalization Process in the Performance of Newly Internationalizing Firms,” which was published in the Journal of International Marketing.
