Hrvoje Stojic is a Research Associate at University College London. He is also an alum of the BSE Master's in Economics. His main research interest is to understand cognitive processes that underlie human learning and decision making, and how these processes might be implemented in the brain. This is an interdisciplinary topic that spans several disciplines and in his work he relies on machine learning methods such as reinforcement learning and Bayesian optimization. He is experienced user of R and enjoys teaching data science tools and methods.
