Natalia Fabra is Professor of Economics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She is an expert in energy economics, regulation and competition policy. Her research papers are published in the top international economics journals. Natalia is the head of EnergyEcoLab, a research group on energy and environmental economics funded by the European Research Council. She was awarded the Sabadell Prize for Economic Research in 2014. Natalia is an independent board member of the Spanish gas TSO, ENAGAS.
