Jack Carter is a Post-doctoral Fellow at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE) who works with David Rossell on separating the concepts of dependence and dispersion in the selection of Gaussian graphical models.

Carter’s research focuses on statistical methodology and Bayesian statistics.
