Competition in Digital Markets
Applications are open!

The digital sector has become pervasive in our economies and has transformed our lives in many (mostly positive) respects. But there is widespread awareness that digital markets do not work properly, and that dominant platforms have persistent market power, with negative consequences for users and the economy in general.

The BSE Executive Education course on Competition in Digital Markets explores why competition often breaks down in the digital sector and what can be done about it.

Learn how antitrust agencies respond to issues like self-preferencing, tying, price-parity clauses, and killer acquisitions. Dive into the latest challenges, from the rise of AI to the enforcement of the EU’s Digital Markets Act.

Through real-world cases and high-profile decisions across jurisdictions, you’ll gain practical tools to assess competitive practices and mergers in fast-moving digital markets.
