Julien Prat spent 2008-2009 as a visiting scholar in the economics department at New York University. After earning his PhD in Economics from the European University Institute in 2004, he joined the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) as a research affiliate. He now joins the GSE community as a researcher at the IAE.
