Sarolta Laczó is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Economic History at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and an Affiliated Professor of the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE). She is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

Previously, Professor Laczó was a Professor of Economics at Queen Mary University of London’s School of Economics and Finance.

Her research interests include Risk Sharing, Consumption, Optimal Taxation, and Dynamic Contracts.
