Corinna Ghirelli is a research economist at the Bank of Spain (Economic Developments Department, Macroeconomic Modelling Unit). She received her PhD in Economics at Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium) in 2014. Afterwards, she worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium) and as a Research fellow at the European Commission - Directorate General Joint Research Centre (Ispra, Italy), before joining the Bank of Spain in 2017. Her main research interests are applied econometrics, labour economics, policy evaluation, and textual analysis.
