Carlo Cambini is Full Professor in Industrial Organization at Politecnico di Torino and member of the Scientific Committee of the Florence School of Regulation.
He specializes in Industrial Organization and Policy, and Competition Policy and Regulation, with a special focus on the Economics of Public Utilities in general and Economics of Communications. He was awarded with the Young Economist Award at the International meeting of the European Association of Researcher in Industrial Economics – EARIE (Lausanne, 2000).
His work has been published in leading scientific journals such as the RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Industrial Economics, Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, International Journal of Industrial Organization, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Regulatory Economics. He also served as Chief Economist at the Italian Transport Authority (ART).
