John Moore presents 43rd Barcelona School of Economics Lecture
Professor John Moore (The University of Edinburgh) discussed "Key Workers and Funding Horizons" as part of the Barcelona School of Economics Lecture Series, which is sponsored by Banc Sabadell.
The 43rd Barcelona School of Economics Lecture took place on October 7, 2022 at the Col·legi d'Enginyers de Catalunya. The BSE Lecture Series is supported by Banc Sabadell.
Our invited speaker for the lecture was John Moore, an economic theorist and Professor at The University of Edinburgh.
After BSE Director Teresa Garcia-Milà welcomed the audience and the invited speaker, Professor Andrea Caggese (UPF and BSE) spoke about the impact of Moore's research.
"The importance of John's work is underscored by the fact that his papers are essential building blocks for researchers that work in very different fields, such as economic theory, or researchers in finance and macroeconomists that study the interactions between real and financial variables and their aggregate implications," Caggese said.
