The BSE Summer Forum Workshop on Networks in Macroeconomics and Trade focuses on the implications of production networks and supply chains for key questions in macroeconomics and international trade. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the role of networks in creating aggregate fluctuations, monetary and fiscal policies in economies with networks, network linkages as a source of economic growth, supply chain formation and disruption, global value chains and their role in international trade. Both theoretical and empirical papers are of interest.
