Degree history

Albert Queralto is an Economist in the Global Modeling Studies Section of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. His research focuses on the macroeconomic effects of financial crises, bank risk and financial policies. His article “Financial Crises, Bank Risk Exposure and Government Financial Policy,” co-authored with Mark Gertler (NYU) and Nobuhiro Kiyotaki (Princeton), has been published in the Journal of Monetary Economics. He has a PhD in Economics from NYU.
