Marc Noy is Full Professor of Applied Mathematics at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has published his research in some of the top journals, such as the Journal of the American Mathematical Society and the Proceedings of the London Mathematical Society. 

He received in 2012 the Humboldt Research Award for his achievements in Discrete Mathematics. During 2012-13 he was Von Neumann invited Professor at the Technical University of Munich. He is currently Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Barcelona Graduate School of Mathematics.

Awards, Grants and, Honors

His research interests are in Discrete Mathematics, particularly in combinatorics, graph theory, and probabilistic methods.
