Cesar was always thinking about doing an international master’s. After attending the BSE Summer School in 2017, he decided that the BSE was a good institution to do the master’s. He chose the Economics of Public Policy Master’s Program because it is very related to his previous experiences and jobs and also to strengthen his research skills.
