Teaching at the Barcelona School of Economics

Hamish Flynn works in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Research Group at UPF. He mainly works on statistical learning theory and bandits, though he is also interested in sequential testing, online learning and reinforcement learning. The general aims of his research are to understand statistical testing, learning and decision-making problems, and to design algorithms that solve these problems and come with useful performance guarantees.
