Michela Bonani is a Post-doctoral Fellow at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE).

Bonani’s main research interests are in Empirical Industrial Organization and Market Design, focusing on the digital economy, transportation, and standardization. In her work, she combines economic models of strategic interactions, market data, and econometric tools for structural estimation and causal inference.
