Sílvia Ariza graduated with the first cohort of BSE Data Science master's students (Class of 2015). Right after graduation, she was hired by Vueling Airlines as a Customer Intelligence Analyst. Sílvia then went on to CaixaBank, where she was Product Manager for Big Data Intelligence. She later moved to Mexico, where she has been a Data Scientist for Uber and, currently, DiDi.

Right after graduating from the Master's in Data Science I had a wide variety of job offers as a data scientist. The data sector is growing quickly, and many companies in Barcelona are starting to realize how important it is to have a Big Data department. It was very encouraging to see that my efforts were so recognized.
