Professor Andrea Caggese (UPF and BSE) has obtained a grant from the European Investment Bank Institute for the project, "Intangibles, Technology Diffusion and Public Policies: Implications for Firm Investment, Market Structure and Aggregate Productivity."

He will be the principal investigator leading a research team that includes fellow BSE Affiliated Professors Isaac Baley, Manuel García-Santana, and Priit Jeenas, PhD students Andrea Chiavari, Sampreet Goraya and Andrea Sy (all alumni of the BSE Master's in Economics and Finance), and ESADE Business School researchers Carolina Villegas-Sanchez and Vicente Bermejo.

The project received €300,000 in funding from EIB Institute and will run for three years (2021-23).
