Ramón Areces Foundation Scholarships

Ramón Areces Foundation has funded scholarships for study in the BSE Master's programs since 2010. 

The scholarship includes:

  • All tuition fees for the Master's program
  • Stipend for living expenses

Selection criteria:

  • Outstanding academic background

Selection process:

  • All BSE Master's applicants to the eligible programs will be considered for this and any other merit-based funding opportunities.

Recent recipients of the Ramón Areces Scholarships

Jorge Luis Casanova '21 (Economics Program)

  • Citizenship: Venezuela
  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor's in Economics (with honors), Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
  • Work Experience: Assistant Research Analyst, FEDEA

Robert Johnson '21 (Economics Program)

  • Citizenship: United Kingdom
  • Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor's in Economics (with honors), Homerton College, University of Cambridge
  • Work Experience: Internships with Citi Research and FTI Consulting, projects for Frontier Economics and the Institute for Fiscal Studies
