Master's alum Carolina Grünwald '09 (Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets) has been named chief economist of Banchile. Prior to taking on this role, she was senior economist at the think-tank Libertad y Desarrollo and professor of Finance at the Universidad de Desarrollo. She also held positions at the Chilean Insurance Association (AACH) and the Central Bank of Chile.
